Network Design & Project Management

From High-Level Design to Low-Level Design and execution planning — with a dedicated project manager who owns scope, schedule, risk and reporting.

Overview

What we deliver

Good design removes risk from delivery. We translate business and capacity requirements into a High-Level Design, detail it into a build-ready Low-Level Design, and then run the project with clear milestones, governance and reporting.

  • Requirements gathering & capacity planning
  • High-Level Design (architecture, topology, redundancy)
  • Low-Level Design (ports, IP plans, rack elevations, routes)
  • Bills of quantities and vendor-neutral specifications
  • Project plans, RACI, risk & change control
  • Weekly reporting and stakeholder governance

FAQ

Network Design & Project Management: common questions

What is the difference between HLD and LLD?

The HLD defines the architecture: topology, technologies, redundancy and capacity. The LLD turns that into build detail: port maps, IP plans, rack elevations, cable schedules and configurations.

Can you manage projects where other contractors are involved?

Yes. We can act as the PMO or design authority and coordinate OEMs, civil contractors and other vendors against one plan.

Do you provide vendor-neutral designs?

Yes. Designs are written around requirements first, so you can tender to more than one vendor.
